VENDOR INQUIRIES
As Event Organizer we know that receiving inquiries from new vendors can be hard to track and can even become a burden. We receive many inquiries from businesses that are interested in being vendors for not only Town events but also for your event. Instead of forwarding all of these inquiries to you or giving out your contact information, we have created a database for you to access if and when you are looking for vendors to complement your event. This list will continue to grow as we receive more inquiries so don't forget to check back now and again. We appreciate working with you and hope that this information is beneficial.
SPONSOR INQUIRIES
We occasionally receive calls from organizations that would like to be sponsors for events in Estes Park. Interested businesses will complete our form and their information will be retained here. Please feel fee to refer to this list if you are looking for a sponsor.

Colorado State Sales Tax
Vendors are required to submit sales tax to the state of Colorado. We do not handle any taxes for any organizations.
Taxes are remitted to the State and distributed to the Town. For current sales tax rates please visit www.estes.org/salestax. Please refer tax related questions to taxcolorado.com or https://www.colorado.gov/revenueonline/_/#1. When filing, if you/your vendors don't see your event listed, there is an option for "Show I attended is not listed".
Information from the CDOR: The organizer of a sales event which includes three or more vendors may obtain a multiple events license. If the organizer obtains the license for the event, then the vendors need not obtain licenses individually. In that case, however, the organizer is required to remit all taxes collected by the vendors who do not have a license for the event and also for vendors who have a license but who elect to have the organizer remit the tax The organizer is required to provide the department with: 1) a list of the names 2) addresses of the vendors and 3) the special event license numbers of all vendors who have obtained their own licenses for the event and are remitting the tax to the state themselves. Send these lists to the Special Events Coordinator P.O. Box 13200, Denver, CO 80201-4600 or email [email protected]. If the event organizer does not obtain the license, the vendors at the event must obtain their own licenses and collect and remit the tax. [§39-26-103 (9) (b.5), C.R.S.] In all cases, a standard sales tax license is required if you participate in an event that occurs more than three times at the same location during any calendar year.
REQUIRED: email a list of the vendors, including contact information, that attended your show to [email protected]. (Colorado Revised Statutes 39-26-103(9)(b.5)(II)
