Whiskey Warm Up presented by Elkins Whisky is all about our homegrown Colorado whiskey. Festival goers will receive a commemorative tasting glass to sample whiskey and other spirits from 30+ distilleries, listen to live music, peruse and purchase goods from area vendors, and enjoy food truck pairings. You can even purchase a bottle, or two, from your favorite distillery to enjoy at home.
The event is held outdoors at beautiful Riverside Plaza, so dress for the weather. This event has limited tickets and sells out quickly. Don’t miss this annual tradition of warming up from the inside out.

Jon Pickett’s solo acoustic show is fun and eclectic radiating the music inspired by his life in the Colorado mountains. Ranging from original/soulful songs to his creative take on the best & obscure hits. Blues to Americana, Petty to Sabbath, Motown to 80’s, Van Morrison to Johnny Cash, new songs, old songs pop hits and everything in between. As well as writing & preforming solo gigs on guitar, Jon plays the upright bass is a vocalist, songwriter and founding member of Colorado based bluegrass band Chain Station.

Free Public Parking is available in the Town Hall/Library Lot and at the Visitor Center Parking Structure.
Pets
Well behaved pets are allowed and must be kept on a leash at all times. The Event Staff reserves the right to ask any owners and their animals that cause a disturbance to leave the festival.
Alcohol policy
No outside alcohol is allowed. All tasting will take place in designated areas and may only be consumed by those wearing an event wristband and possess a tasting glass. Anyone caught sharing drinks with anyone (regardless of age) with a guest not wearing a band will be asked to leave the festival.
Food
A Food Truck will be present at the festival. Other dining options are available within walking distance in Downtown Estes Park.
