It’s never too early to book your accommodations! Estes Park is a very popular summer destination and lodging can be hard to find if you wait too late. If you plan to attend the EPWM it is recommended that you make your reservations now. Be sure to ask if there are any cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip. |

Estes Park Visitor Center:
While you’re in town you may want to stop by the Visitor Center at 500 Big Thompson Ave. The center is stocked with brochures and booklets that provide information about all things Estes! The Visitor Center Ambassadors are volunteers who can answer just about any question you may ask. |

Parking is available at the Events Complex and is FREE.

Bags may be inspected. The Events Complex has a no concealed weapons policy.

The Events Complex is fully compliant and wheelchair accessible. This event is spread over a large area and can require significant walking to see all booths and demonstrations.
